America's Big Sisters Foundation seeks to empower, encourage, and educate young women to become independent, self-sufficient, goal-oriented, positive individuals who can excel in society by breaking cycles of lack using two empowering programs:
Program 1 GOAL Girls
GOAL Girls helps motherless teen girls ages discover their career potential and brings support through our 3 Strand Cord Technique. Together we encourage girls to make the changes necessary to activate theri full potential and break down barriers.
Program 2 ALL Girls Matter
The ALL Girls Matter Empowherment EXPO creates an opportunity for ALL girls despite their environmental, personal, and socioeconomic differences by obtaining strategies to overcome the world's stereotypes and negative influences.
